For custom-made furniture, the return policy may differ. Custom orders are typically non-refundable once production has begun, as they are made specifically to your specifications. Please review your order agreement for specific terms.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unassembled (if applicable)
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or use
- All original documentation, including receipts or order confirmations, must be provided

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If you are returning an item for reasons other than defect or error on our part, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Original Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Process

Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-made furniture that has entered production (unless defective or damaged)
- Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories

- Custom Orders: Custom orders that have entered production are generally non-cancelable, except in cases of our error or inability to fulfill the order.

Refund Procedure
Once your return is approved and we have received the item in acceptable condition, we will process your refund:

Restocking Fees
